v.

Catherine A. ENGLISH, Appellee.

No. 94-3203.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

October 27, 1995.

Rehearing Denied February 21, 1996.

Linda Miklowitz, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

D. Andrew Byrne of Pennington & Haben, P.A., Tallahassee, for Appellee.

2Per curiam

We review the trial court's denial of appellant's request for attorney fees pursuant to section 57.105, Florida Statutes, following dismissal of the action for defamation filed against her. Because we find a complete absence of any justiciable issue in this case, we reverse.
