[¶ 1] Pamela A. Kiesman appeals from the judgment entered in the District Court (Biddeford, Janette, J.) in favor of Jerald R. Court on his complaint for breach of contract. On appeal, Kiesman asserts (1) that the District Court improperly construed the agreement as a contract dispute rather than a private modification of child support; (2) that the contract is void because it is against public policy; and (3) that the District Court erroneously determined that Court did not breach the contract.
