OPINION AND ORDER

BROWN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation’s Motion (#45) to Exclude the Testimony of Plaintiffs Expert Dr. Eric Sung and Defendant’s Motion (#51) for Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, DENIES as moot Defendant’s Motion to Exclude, DENIES as moot all other pending Motions, and DISMISSES this matter with prejudice.
