Charles T. Frizell, as plaintiff, recovered a judgment in the County Court of Yazoo County against Grady Guthrie and Lawrence Guthrie, defendants, for the sum of $540.46 in an action for damages for injuries to the plaintiff’s automobile. From that judgment the defendants prosecuted an appeal to the circuit court. In their assignment of errors in the circuit court, the defendants alleged that the judgment of the county court was contrary to the overwhelming weight of the evidence.
