CAME ON for hearing a Motion by Fair-child Aircraft Incorporated to Vacate Bankruptcy Court Judgment in the above-styled case. Fairchild originally filed its Motion with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas (“District Court”), where the underlying judgment was pending on appeal. Fairchild sought to both dismiss the appeal and to have that court vacate this court’s judgment.
