Defendant, General American Transportation Company (GATX), appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Madison County on a jury verdict finding it jointly liable with Norfolk and Western Railway Company (N&W) for the wrongful death and personal injury prior to death sustained by plaintiff’s intestate Clyde G.
