This is a personal injury action based upon strict tort liability. Plaintiff, Broadus Scott, was injured while operating a press brake manufactured by defendant, Dreis & Krump Manufacturing Co., and sold to the plaintiffs employer, Hasco Electric Company. After a jury trial, judgment was entered for plaintiff in the sum of $125,000.
