Binh Ly appeals his convictions for one count each of felony murder, K.S.A. 21-3401, and aggravated burglary, K.S.A. 21-3716.

On May 24, 2001, 20-year-old Chanh Chantivong and his younger twin brothers, Chin and Done, were at Woody Sim’s house for haircuts. Several other young men, who were suspected to be members of the East Side Crips gang, were also at Sim’s house.
