Plaintiffs in this action demand judgment tbat they recover of defendant for professional services rendered, and expenses incurred by them, as attorneys and counsellors at law, in defendant’s behalf and at her request.
Tbe summons, dated 31 March, 1927, and returnable in tbe Superior Court of Craven County on 15 April, 1927, was personally served on 1 April, 1927. On tbe return day plaintiffs filed tbeir duly verified complaint. No answer bas been filed thereto by defendant.
