Introduction
On August 17, 2009, Debtors Harold and Yvonne Amidon (“Debtors”) filed a petition for relief under chapter 13 1 of the Bankruptcy Code. Docket No. 1. The chapter 13 trustee, Kathleen McCallister (“Trustee”), objected to confirmation of Debtors’ proposed plan, citing a host of issues. Docket No. 21.
