HOWARD, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Andrew Kornegay appeals from his conviction and sentence on one count of distributing five or more grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 841(b)(1)(D). We affirm.
