OPINION

OSBORN, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case involving a claim by a former employer for damages for an alleged tortious interference with a business relationship and lease agreement by a former employee. After the Appellants-employer sold the entire business involved in this suit to Appellee-employee, this damage suit was filed and Appellees obtained a summary judgment denying all recovery upon the basis that having sold the business with knowledge of Appellee-employee’s prior conduct, Appellants had received the full benefit of the contractual bargain and could not seek additional…
