In this adversary proceeding, the Court has been asked to determine that Alexine Nelsen’s student loans should be discharged as an undue hardship under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). Mrs. Nelsen attended University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1987 through 1997 and received a B.A. degree in English with a minor in Women’s Studies.
