Affirming in each case.

These two appeals, one from a judgment setting aside as fraudulent a conveyance by appellant, Caroline T. Briggs, to her daughter and co-appellant, Obie White-sides, and ordering a sale of the property to satisfy the claims of creditors, and the other from a judgment overruling exceptions to, and confirming the report of sale, will be considered in one opinion.
