Affirming in part and reversing in part.

On June 30, 1924, the appellees, Albert Grilliam and John M. Ison, filed their respective suits against the Sandy River Oil Company seeking to recover from the oil company $244.73 and $318.30, respectively, for work and labor done for the company. On August 21st of the same year the appellee, the Sandy Hook Bank, filed a suit against the oil company to recover the sum of $770.35, for money loaned the oil company.
