In this negligence and breach of fiduciary duty action, plaintiff Craig Stevens obtained a judgment against his former real estate agents, defendants Moore and Company Realtor, Lincoln Jeffers, and Jonna Beardsley, (Realtors), based on their failure to present him with an offer from a person who was interested in renting a commercial property that had been abandoned by the previous tenant.
