Plaintiff Mark Phillips brought an action against Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”) and Symons Corporation (“Symons”) claiming damages for personal injuries he sustained while working for Dravo-Groves Construction Company (“Dravo”) on a construction site at the Richard B. Russell Dam. Mark Phillips’ wife, Mary Phillips, filed an action against Liberty Mutual and Symons for loss of consortium.
