Before the Court are the defendant’s Motions for Partial Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, the motions are GRANTED.
Background
This is a Hurricane Katrina homeowners insurance dispute. Plaintiffs insured their property located at 4715 Werner Drive in New Orleans, with two insurance policies, both issued by State Farm.
