This is an injunction bill. The general-purpose is to restrain the defendant from interfering with the natural flow of water in Flat river to the prejudice of complainants.

The complainants are owners of a mill site and mill on-said river in the township of Yergennes, and their motive-power is obtained by means of a dam erected and maintained by them.
