OPINION BY McLAUGHLIN, J.:

Appellant, Peter C. Brown, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following his convictions for aggravated assault and simple assault. Appellant challenges the weight and sufficiency of the evidence and contends that the court erred in denying his motion to dismiss and his motion for a new trial and in granting the Commonwealth's motion to preclude evidence. We affirm.
