STEWART, Justice.
Appellee, Warren G. Hall, plaintiff below, while in the employ of appellant, Inland Steel Company, received an injury on July 18,1950, that resulted in the loss of his right leg. Liability was not denied and compensation for the loss of the limb has been paid by appellant pursuant to the applicable provisions of KRS Chapter 342. On January 29, 1951, the parties hereto entered into a stipulation before the Workmen’s 'Compensation Board that the case be reopened for the sole purpose of determining whether appellant is required to furnish appellee an artificial member under the…
