SAM ROBERTSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from judgment in a personal injury suit. The total judgment of $154,295.60 included $35,000 for loss of past earnings and $75,000 for loss of future earning capacity. We affirm.

In two points of error contending “the trial court erred in rendering judgment,” appellant attempts to raise questions of legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence. Appellee challenges the sufficiency of this assignment of error to enable this court to pass upon the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain a jury finding.
