PERRY, J.

This is an action of assumpsit for $39.50 upon two separate causes of action, each being declared upon in one count only. The first is for $31.75, upon an account alleged to have been stated by the parties on November 1, 1913. The second is for $7.75, for goods alleged to have been sold and delivered by the plaintiff to the defendant between the first and the twentieth days of November, 1913.
