The appellant, who Avas the plaintiff in the district court for Clay county, commenced this action to obtain separate maintenance and support from her husband, Douglas J. Wyrick. An ansAver was filed to her petition, and thereupon by leave of the court she filed an amended petition praying for a diAmrce and alimony. The issues upon which the cause was tiled were extreme cruelty, failure to provide, and adultery. The trial court resolved the issues thus presented in favor of the plaintiff, except as to the charge of adultery, which the court found was not sustained, and decreed that the…
