MEMORANDUM

NEALON, District Judge.

In this action, the Government, pursuant to the provisions of Title 26 U.S.C. § 7302, seeks forfeiture of $2,813.37 in United States currency, one Victor Adding Machine and one Westinghouse Transistor Radio, allegedly being property intended for use in the furtherance of the business of accepting wagers in violation of the Internal Revenue Code1.
