Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed September 4, 1974, which determined appellant liable for the payment of unemployment insurance contributions. Several court reporters provide the court reporting service for the District Court, Eastern District of New York, as full-time employees of the Federal Government. On occasion, temporary reporters are similarly employed, but on a per diem basis.
