— Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 24, 1980, which reversed the decision of an Administrative Law Judge modifying an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner assessing additional contributions against the employer. In this proceeding the board, disagreeing with an Administrative Law Judge, has upheld an initial determination that certain typists engaged to transcribe the dictated tapes of stenographic reporters are employees rather than independent contractors.
