The First Bank of Boaz (bank) foreclosed on property owned by Nelwyn and Louis Eugene Pankey (collectively, Pankey). The bank subsequently sold the property to David and Yetta Daugette. Pankey made a written demand for an itemized statement of all lawful charges claimed for redemption of the property.
