MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Guy Quinlan, a prisoner at Joliet Correctional Center, brings this pro se action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming violation of his constitutional rights in connection with a prison disciplinary proceeding against him. 1 Plaintiff seeks declaratory, injunctive and monetary relief.
