State v. Turechek

Defendant appeals from his conviction for unlawful possession of a weapon. ORS 166.250. We reverse.

At about 3:30 a.m. on June 24, 1983, a Josephine County deputy sheriff saw a 1974 Ford pickup truck with Mississippi license plates in the parking lot of a tavern that had been closed for about an hour and a half.
