The sixth paragraph of the will of Elizabeth M. Allen, late of Boston, deceased, reads as follows: "All of the rest, residue and remainder of my goods and estate be it real, personal or mixed property, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my Executors and Trustees, Old Colony Trust Co. of Boston, Mass. and John A. McCaig, in Trust nevertheless for the uses and purposes of paying any person or persons who may have rendered service in taking care of me or nursing me.
