This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a Memorandum Opinion and Order from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly) dated August 24, 2004 that remanded this matter for further proceedings on the Court’s oral ruling on March 9, 2004, which denied the motion of JFE Steel Corporation (“JFE”) for leave to file a late proof of claim pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9006(b)(1).
