The matters before the court are Richard J. Mason’s (the “Trustee ”) Motion to Strike Answers (the “Motion to Strike”) filed by Defendant RJK Investors {“RJK”), an Illinois general partnership, and the Trustee’s Motion for Default Judgment against RJK (the “Motion for Default Judgment”).
