This was an action by Carroll C. Cranston (plaintiff-appellant), a real estate broker, for recovery of a commission for services performed under the terms of an oral contract in negotiating an exchange of real property owned by Henry Stewart and Relies Stewart (def endants-appellees). From a verdict in favor of defendants, plaintiff appeals.
