Affirming.

The appellant, Roscoe Taylor, Jr., was jointly indicted with G-arfield Burkhart, Jr., for the crime of murder. They were jointly tried and convicted. The appellant was given a sentence of five years in the State Reformatory, from which judgment he appeals.

In his motion for.new trial the appellant urged sev eral grounds for reversal, but in his brief the only ground on which he relied was that'there was not sufficient evidence on which a jury could base a verdict to find him guilty. Consequently, the other points raised in his motion for new trial…
