Affirming.
The principal question is whether the evidence of legal responsibility of the appellant for the killing of two deputy sheriffs in his home was sufficient as a matter of law to take the case to the jury. His wife assumed the blame and undertook to justify her action. The homicide occurred in Letcher County, but the trial was held in Pike County on a change of venue.
