This is an action by plaintiffs, Ferdinand Parlato and his wife, for damages from Interport Trucking Co. (“Interport’’) and P. Luna. The suit is for personal injuries sustained in an accident on Interport’s premises on February 2, 1977. The third-party action by Interport against Roffer, Wohlberg, Pollack & Co.
