The City of Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) appeals an order denying its request for an order of taking and dismissing its petition in eminent domain. The CRA sought to take the subject property, a lot with a one-story commercial building owned by the Mach family, as part of its community redevelopment plan. The trial court found that there was no necessity for the taking.
