This is an action by the furnisher of certain building materials and supplies to recover the cost thereof from defendants, Milton J. Basso (sometimes hereinafter referred to simply as “Basso”), the subcontractor who ordered the materials and supplies; Wilson P. Abraham d/b/a Wilson P.
