DECISION

Before this Court are cross-motions1 for summary judgment on Count One of the Plaintiffs' complaint which seeks a declaration that the Plaintiffs may exercise their rights under G.L. 1956 § 7-1.2-1202, entitled "Rights of Dissenting Shareholders" (Dissenter's Rights Statute).
