This is a dispute over enforcement of an arbitration award. Mesa Power Group, LLC (“Mesa”), an energy company, believes that the government of Canada violated the North American Free Trade Agreement in how it awarded various renewable energy contracts in Ontario. An arbitration 'panel disagreed. Mesa now petitions this Court to vacate that award; Canada counter-petitions for enforcement of the award.
