{1} This case involves a multi-party, multiclaim lawsuit that was appealed to the Court of Appeals onNovember 18,2010. The Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal as to one of the appellants, bigbyte.cc Corp (Bigbyte), because all of Bigbyte’s claims had been disposed of by summary judgment one year earlier, making the November 18, 2010 notice of appeal untimely.
