The plaintiff, Desmond A. Leone, appeals from summary judgment entered against him and in favor of the defendants Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS), 1 Equity One, Inc. (Equity One), and Assets Recovery Center Investments, LLC (ARC).
