Cheryl Daniels (plaintiff), individually and as mother and next friend of Anthony Daniels, appeals from a Superior Court judgment granting the defendant Bishop Hendricken High School’s (school) motion for summary judgment. 1 The plaintiff argues that the hearing justice erred in holding that the school did not breach its duty to provide a safe learning environment.
