This case comes to this Court on writ of error from a judgment of the Criminal Court of Record of Palm Beach County. 'As the record originally appeared there was no judgment of conviction. Later the trial court of its own motion lodged and caused to be filed in this court a judgment nunc pro tunc which it appears had been made and entered in the court below to correct the minutes in regard to the trial of this cause so as to make the same speak the truth in regard to the judgment rendered against the defendant.
