Plaintiffs Peter Goldstein and the Disability Rights Council of Greater Washing ton (hereinafter “DRC”) brought this action to redress alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and Virginia law. This matter proceeded to trial, and upon the completion of Plaintiffs’ case in chief, the Court found that the DRC lacked standing to bring suit on its own behalf.
