This is an action by the widow of a deceased person to recover damages from the city of Milnor on account of alleged negligence in maintaining a sidewalk, on account of which the deceased fell and sustained injuries from which he died about two days later. Upon the trial objection was made and sustained to the introduction in evidence of the notice of claim. A verdict for the defendant was directed upon which judgment of dismissal was entered.
