The questions raised by this appeal relate to certain irregularities in the proceedings instituted to sell the land of infants. These irregularities are now relied upon by appellants as* ground for having the sale declared null and void, •and the land restored to them.
The proceeding in which the land was sold was a friendly suit by Walter T. Hanes and Hattie D., his wife, the father *617and mother of the infant defendants, in their own right, and as trustees appointed by the will of Garland Hanes to take charge of said land for their heirs.
