MEMORANDUM OPINION
EUGENE R. WEDOFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
This closed Chapter 13 case is before the court on remand after an appeal to the district court. At issue is the debtor’s motion to reopen the case, pursuant to § 350(b) of the Bankruptcy Code (Title 11, U.S.C.), for the purpose of presenting a motion for sanctions against the debtor’s mortgagee, with whom he is involved in a state court foreclosure action.
