This is an action brought by Margaret S. Walker, as administratrix of the estate of Mercia Dee Clarke, deceased, against the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, to recover upon a life insurance policy issued by the company upon the life of one Hattie Jackson. At the conclusion of the evidence on the trial, the court instructed the jury to return a verdict in favor of the insurance company, and on the verdict returned, entered a judgment to the effect that the administratrix take nothing by her action. The administratrix appeals.
